Yoga and your personal wellbeing
YIN YOGA
Yin yoga targets your deep connective tissues, like your fascia, ligaments,
joints, and bones. Yin yoga is a very gentle yoga practice and a great way to
release tension and relieve stress. We move slowly and mindful throughout the
yoga practice, paying special attention to the breath, giving you space to turn
inward and tune into both your mind and the physical sensations of your body.
There is (almost) no muscular engagement throughout the whole practice. Only if
the muscles are relaxed, it is possible to target the connective tissue. The
practice of yin yoga is based on ancient Chinese philosophies and Taoist
principles which believe there are pathways of Qi (energy) that run through our
bodies. By stretching and deepening into poses, we're opening up any blockages
and releasing that energy to flow freely. A Yin yoga class usually consists of a
series of long-held, passive floor poses held for up to five minutes, sometimes
longer. Easy to perform, suitable for everyone.
Benefits of a regular practice:
- 1. Increases circulation and improves flexibility
- 2. Calms and balances the mind and body
- 3. Releases fascia
- 4. Encourages deeper relaxation
- 5. Improves joint mobility
- 6. Brings balance to the organs through meridian stimulation

Yoga & Mobility for athletes (all runners welcome!)
If you are a runner or any athlete this yoga class is for you! You can use yoga
on your rest day to strengthen the muscles neglected during your regular
training or on following the training as an excellent athletic recovery tool. It
relieves soreness and tension in your hardworking muscles and restores your
range of motion. I add to my class some isometric exercises (mobility) to find
your optimal ROM. This helps you maintain strength and allows you to control the
muscles surrounding each joint in your body. It is a key factor in preventing
joint and muscle injury while performing sports because you will be able to
repeat the same motion freely and comfortably.

I am a runner, massage therapist , athletic coach, and teacher of yoga and physical education. I started my sports journey as a high jumper and a handball player (a long time ago!). Then I fall in love with running. Last 5 years I lived in Thailand and I spend more time on trails than roads . I became an Ultra- Runner focusing on trail running in the mountains. My longest race was the 75 km Pong Yang Trial in Thailand with a 3000 m elevation gain.

The Full Moon Celebrations
Every month Lars arrange a kind of celebration during the full moon. The full
moon has been an important part of yogic life for thousands of years. During the
full moon, there is a natural upsurge of energies in the system which makes the
spiritual dimension more available if we know how to make use of it.
The Full Moon Celebrations focus on releasing tension from body and mind, having
fun, breaking limitations, and exploring the Self. We do this through various
practices such as conscious movements, yoga, sounds, dance, drum journey, and
guided meditation. All with the purpose of letting go of physical, mental,
emotional, and energetic tension/blockages. The whole celebration lasts for
about two hours, leaving your body and mind at ease with a heightened sense of
clarity and joy, ready for the next month! No experience is needed. Tea and
light food will be served after for those who want to stay for a chat, play some
music, or just simply relax.
